Return Eligibility

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased through the Mimi So online boutique, the item(s) can be shipped or returned to one of our Atelier within 14 business days of receipt for refund or store credit. All eligible items and original packaging must be returned in unaltered, unworn and sellable condition.

  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been engraved or modified.
  • Final sale items
Please note that all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account after the refund has been issued. 

Return Process

To initiate a free return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your online account on our website.
  2. Locate your order history and find the item you wish to return.
  3. Select the item you wish to return.
  4. Wait for further instructions and an insured shipping label from our concierge team. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days.

After we receive your return, please allow for 2-5 business days for inspection and processing. Upon approval, we will issue a refund or store credit. You will receive an email confirmation, once your refund or store credit has been processed.
